Dot Network is built around one primary source: a Boston Globe profile of Jeremy Allaire, Co-Founder and CEO of Circle, from December 2022. In that interview, he recalls the moment Bitcoin clicked for him: when "all of a sudden, like, a million dots connect." That line is the lore and narrative inspiration for this project. The ARKNET Engine built on Arc is our original visualization networking protocol of that idea: a living, interactive network of millions of interconnected Nodes that represents participation, connection, and growth across the network.?
